My thoughts on WWE Superstar Drew Gulak

Image
My thoughts on WWE Superstar Drew Gulak WWE Cruiserweight and NXT Superstar Drew Gulak is on the rise this week as he had 2 marquee matches. On his home show of 205 Live he was apart of a Fatal 4 Way Match with Akira Tozowa, Humberto Carrillo, and Orney Lorcan to determine the #1 Contender for the Cruiserweight title against Tony Nese at Stomping Grounds. This match featured it all close falls, technical wrestling, highflying maneuvers, and even interference from Ariya Daivari. Even with the interference the match ended with a double pin and thus controversy. While on NXT he was a part of a submission match against new signing Kushida. Man what a powerhouse, hard-hitting match. Drew Gulak showed why he is considered one of the best submission specialists in WWE. As hard as he fought though Kushida won the match by making Gulak tap out to his hoverboard submission. WWE if they are smart should give Gulak a push on either brand he deserves it and I feel if given the pus...

Top 5 Matches of This Week

Here are my picks for my Top 5 Matches of the Week (Friday Fab 5) 5) Ricochet v Cesaro This being their 3rd match in as many weeks, is showing the true capability of Ricochet and Cesaro to put on a high quality match. It featured a lot of back and forth fluid offense and timed to perfection strong style moves with a bit of high flying. In the end Ricochet used mat wrestling to pick up the win. 4) Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods (The New Day) v Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn Going into todays Super Showdown  Kofi and Xavier wanted to finish off their feud with Sami and Kevin and it delivered an exciting match with a few good near falls. The match started off slow with Xavier getting the most of the abuse but once he was able to tag in Kofi, momentum was on their side and they rode it to victory. 3) Drew Gulak v Akira Tozowa An impromptu match allowed by GM Drake Maverick on 205 Live, this match was battle and maybe a rivalry renewed between these 2 superstars. I must say this matc...

NXT TAKEOVER FAV MATCH

NXT TAKEOVER FAV MATCH After watching NXT TAKEOVER: 25, I must say I was highly entertained. From the opening match of Matt Riddle v Roderick Strong to the last match of Johnny Gargano v Adam Cole, HHH has delivered a quality product yet again. However, there was one match that stood out to me as the match of the night and my favorite. That match was the Fatal Four Tag Team Championship Match. It was Undisputed Era (Kyle O’Reily and Bobby Fish) v Oney Lorcarn and Danny Burch v The Forgotten Sons (Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake) v The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford). This match was amazing; it was creative, bold, and dangerous. In the end after a few crazy death-defying spots, the winning team was my favorite tag team in NXT and that is the Street Profits. To say I was yelling my lungs out was an understatement. I was thrilled for them and the future of NXT. Hats off to The Street Profits. Hard work does pay off! picture found from www.google....
